Several of our buildings achieved certifications under LEED (Gold & Platinum) or KfW 70 Standards.
With our ESG and compliance policies, we have employed rigorous anti-corruption measures and are adhering to the highest standards of social, employment and environmental practices which aim to preserve our strong reputation of good governance.
In 2020, we became a signatory to the United Nations Principles of Responsible Investment.
We are constantly seeking ways to improve our environmental, social and governance practices and are currently in the process of evaluating a participation in the GRESB survey.
