Stefan Aumann is a founding partner of Peakside Capital. He is responsible for all activities of the Peakside Group in Central and Eastern Europe and also oversees selected asset management projects in Germany. He is also a member of Peakside's Investment Committee.

Mr. Aumann has been active in the real estate industry for over 25 years. Prior to founding Peakside, he served as Director and Head of Asset Management in the Real Estate Principal Investment Division of Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML) from 2008. Prior to that, he worked for seven years in the Real Estate Principal Investment Division (Whitehall Funds) of Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Aumann studied business administration with a focus on real estate and finance at the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel and graduated with a degree in business administration.

Mr. Schran has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Schran was Managing Director of Archon Group Germany, a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs and before that worked as Head of Project Development South Germany at Vivico in Munich. Mr. Schran is a German citizen and studied business administration at Justus Liebig University (Giessen) and J.W. Goethe University (Frankfurt) as well as real estate economics at the European Business School (Oestrich Winkel).

Simon Lutz is a Partner | Co-head Germany at Peakside Capital and is responsible for acquisitions and investment management in Germany. He has been with the company since the Frankfurt office opened in 2013 and became a partner in 2020.

He has been responsible for a transaction and asset management volume of over €2 billion. He also leads the company's AI initiatives and their implementation and, together with his partners, shapes Peakside Capital's overall strategy.

Previously, he gained experience in private equity, venture capital, real estate, asset management, and consulting.

He holds an M.Sc. in Real Estate (Henley Business School, University of Reading), an M.Sc. in Real Estate Management (IREBS, University of Regensburg), and a B.Sc. in Business Administration (University of Regensburg).

Frank Schaefer is a partner at Peakside Capital. He joined the firm in 2020 as Managing Director and Head of Business Development. He is responsible for business and product development activities, including investor relations and capital raising. He also oversees Peakside's ESG initiatives. 

Prior to joining Peakside Capital, Mr. Schaefer was Managing Director of Tishman Speyer's Equity Capital Markets team since 2017 and responsible for building the German KVG and expanding the investment management platform in Germany. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Mr. Schaefer spent eight years at Credit Suisse Group in various leadership roles, including Global Head of Product & Business Development and Co-Head Germany at Credit Suisse Real Estate Investment Management. Mr. Schaefer started his career at UBS Global Asset Management in the Junior Key People Program and worked for UBS for a total of more than eight years, most recently based in Zurich as Head of Institutional Sales Management Continental Europe.

Overall, Mr. Schaefer has more than 20 years of experience in international investment management in senior and client-facing roles.

Mr. Schaefer is a German citizen. He holds a law degree from the Goethe University in Frankfurt. He is a certified financial analyst (CEFA) and certified financial risk manager (FRM).

Herr Maziukiewicz ist seit 2013 Geschäftsführer der Peakside Capital Advisors in Luxembourg. Er ist für das interne und externe Berichtswesen, die Investmentstrukturen und die regulatorische Compliance des Unternehmens verantwortlich.

Steven Davis, Managing Director für Zentral- und Osteuropa (CEE).

Steven Davis ist ein erfahrener Projektentwickler mit umfassender Marktexpertise in den Bereichen Akquisitionen, Finanzierung, Planung, Bau, Vertrieb, Marketing und Vermietung. Im Laufe seiner Karriere hat er mehr als 20.000 Wohneinheiten realisiert, über 400.000 m² gewerbliche Büroflächen sowie 100.000 m² Einzelhandelsflächen entwickelt – zudem Projekte im Bereich Logistik- und Industrieimmobilien.

Seine berufliche Erfahrung umfasst alle wesentlichen Segmente der gewerblichen Immobilienwirtschaft, darunter Wohnen, Büro, Einzelhandel, Hotel sowie Industrieimmobilien. Steven Davis hat Projekte sowohl als Neubauentwicklungen („ground-up“) als auch über den Ankauf von Portfolios oder Einzelobjekten umgesetzt.

Zuvor war er als Chief Operating Officer eines börsennotierten Unternehmens tätig, das Vermögenswerte in Höhe von rund 2,5 Mrd. EUR verwaltete.
