We are regularly looking for attractive plots of land, which are suitable for the development of new warehouse projects. In addition, we are also interested in acquiring existing logistics parks and are open to cooperating with developers in the implementation of industrial projects.
We are open to engage with logistics-, transport-, and courier-companies, as well as with e-commerce and light production partners in order to develop industrial projects tailored to their needs across Germany, Poland, and in other CEE countries.
